Works in Another approach to non painting series are based on an archive of patterns from different origins. Many of that patterns came from rugs, fabrics, tapestries, ‘ruanas’, wallpaper, etc.

 

They come from article of mass consumption whose origin is unknown for their buyers.

But, those patterns have a history related to civilizations, cultures, peoples, castes, idyosincrasies, legends, and local cosmogonies.

 

These paintings put togheter different patterns in order to create an horizontal dialogue, and generate integration  between them and what they symbolize.
